Chartos is a platform for clinics, not a public sign‑up. Access always starts with your clinic — here's the door for you.
There's no self‑serve sign‑up. We provision a private, isolated tenant for your clinic and walk you through go‑live — legal profile, data‑protection contact and patient privacy notice — before any real data.
If your clinic is live on Chartos, your admin creates your account. Sign in to the staff portal on the web, or use the Chartos doctor app on iOS and Android.
Your clinic issues your access when you register at the front desk — patients don't sign up on their own. Get the Chartos Health app and log in with your clinic code.
